The smile is just an image
For everyone to see
If I showed them who I really am
Frightend is what they'd be
They would feel uneasy and uncomfortable
The truth is hard to take
Depression, sadness and lonliness
Are things I can not shake
With demons who will not let me go
I find it hard to do
To show the me I really am
So I'll just smile for you
