Fire man

Missing image

Spirits of fire frozen in ice, downcast gaze

remembering the haze of a sunny September day...

bravest hearts of love and care
dared the blaze of hatred paused not,

for cause was not a concern - only life, only precious life.

And that most enduring memory of that unforgettable day,
some died taking lives, while others died saving life;

angels and prayers rose above bitter ash,

plumed greater than smoke and evil done;

towers fell in a day as heroes rose, eternal.

    It is a memory etched in the mind of anyone old enough to understand, an image never to be forgotten and you have given it new voice, loud and proud... sensational hun, you more than do it justice
