Contentment

Like the opening of petals to the sun
My heart awakens at the sight of your face

Such quenching of the earth does the rain offer
Thus my spirit thirsts for your loving presence

As a boat on the ocean needs the wind to pass its sails
So does your love keep me gently directed through this life

What a wonderfully emotionally
descriptive poem of love and caring.
I usually never point out misspellings,
but "sprit" should be "spirit". I only
say this is because this is so good.
