Thor

Flaming red hair,
And hammer to match.
Beating the crap out of
All the giants you catch.
Mjolnir does your
Job with much skill.
After which, kisses from
Sif you steal.
Riding goats I never
knew you had.
Oh mighty Thor,
I wish you were my dad.
Fated to fight Jormungandr
To the death.
I hope you kick his snaky butt,
And do watch out for his breath.
Though you won't survive
the Ragnarok for long.
You'll still be in other's minds,
Not to mention my own.

Author notes

This is a poem about Thor god of thunder, he is my favorite Norse god. I didn't mean for it to be funny at fist but... anyway it still has the same meaning.

Even if it wasn't meant to be funny, it works well that way. Especially because Thor is kind of an intimidating god... But it was a nice little poem, and the end was sweet. Nice job!
