I am a lonely lover
Kept from you my dear
I fear I can not cover
The hopeless sense of fear

Without you I'm alone
But with you I am free
I call you on the phone
But it doesn't feed my need

When we're together we are lovers
We do and act as lovers do
I can settle for no others
Turn to me, my love, and we'll begin anew

I will do as a lover does
I will love you with my all
I will give my all to us
And I will never fall
