Love lies dormant, within the burdened soul
Fleeting from moments as time slowly toles
Shadows, they pass over the weary man's face
Hanging all around him, around him in space
Sadness, it weighs on the troubled woman's heart
Knowing that her true love must part
Emotions are the basics of us all
Dominating our society, predicting rise and fall

This is how i feel. I feel that I hate how us humans always have to feel. I feel that at times..I wish i couldnt feel. So much in my mind...that I wish I could just not feel altogher. Understand?

This is a good thoughtfull poem, full of imagery.I think you are talking about overreacted emotions, and the unnessesacy dramatic, populairy made by media.I must say I don't like feeling certain kind of emotions, but they are also part of our human being. Thank you for sharing, Erwin
