The Mime

Down below the streets of time
Sat a little lonely mime
His painted face of black and white
Said so much, he need not write
And down below these streets of time
He sang a song of utmost rhyme

"Biggley bobbly, see and act
Siggley wobbly, with the pact
Up and down this world so fine
Sideways and wrongways I'll make it mine"

The mime would dance and sing around
He'd show and juggle all abound
All alone he'd say his verse
Forgotten by others was his curse
And down below these streets of rhyme
He'd sing his song, forgotten by time

please tell me what you think

This was deeply sad to me, but now I'm wondering if it is meant to be or do I just have emotional problems?! Either way, it's an excellent poem! -Tearyeyed
