I always thought I knew what love was,
I thought I was in love once before.
Then we started talking
I realized what I once thought love was,
Was no where near what love actually is.
I wake up every morning and I see your face
After class I turn on the songs that remind me of you
After lunch I lie in bed and look at your pictures
And right before I go to bed I read your poems.
You are the first and last thing that I think of everyday.
When I think of you my smile seems to take over
My eyes tear up
And my heart starts beating a million miles an hour.
No one else can make me feel the way you do.
The time your gone only makes us stronger.
You are the man of my dreams,
The prince charming every little girl dreams of.

I do think the emotions are good, but I feel that some parts are cliched. If you could somehow put a spin on it I think it would be a bit better.

This is a definite poem of true love.

Wow- this poem is great! It accurately portrays the picture of love, and I really like it. Thanks for putting it up; I really enjoyed it! We all need a little more love, and I got very sad and happy at the same time when I read it.
