A touch is purely physical
Right?
But then such a feeling seems so magical
Yet enough to bring slicing tears and fright
A touch so soothing
Medicating the wounds unseen
Brings forth such earth renewing
Nurturing a soul so pure and clean
And another touch
Tortures a fragile being
Not allowing another touch to be brushed
And can one understand such a feeling?
So overbearing to have others flee
Can there be one strong enough
To set the suffering one free?
A touch of love
Permits the inner being to shine
And like a humble dove
Send the message to the confine
And in need of those for peace
To understand a touch is beyond a physical
That allows one to be released
What is exactly a touch to you?
