Beautiful as an angel
without the wings to fly
She crawled out of the depths of hell
refusing to let her soul die
She keeps her heart strong
one day at a time
nine years wait for
him seems to long
trying to smile
but shes not fine
She ponders her life
been through so much
always fighting against
gods broken trust
her sorrows no longer
life's destined crutch
Wandering on she reminds
herself why she came
