Feeling so lost without you here,
not quite knowing what to do with myself.
Bouncing around from place to place,
from belief to belief and conviction to conviction.
Somedays I think I'm doing fine,
others I'm just such a mess.
At least I can take comfort in knowing,
that you are no longer sick or in pain.
I wear your ring on a chain close to my heart,
holding on to it during the times I miss you most.
As time without you passes by day by day,
moments seem to go slower and are much harder.
Three months and it'll have been a year,
since I could last hold your hand in mine.
So many regrets have I, moments I want back,
if I could I'd go back and do it all over again.
I hope you know that I love you and miss you,
and that I am so sorry for all the things I said to hurt you.

That day is coming up. I will pray for you and your mom. I'm so sorry honey. I'm at a loss for once, I hope things are peaceful for you, it's hard enough getting through it, without other outside stuff. Stay close to someone who loves you, and can hold you tight, when you need them to. Do whatever you have to do, you'll be fine, you're an amazing girl Chris, don't ever think for a second that she's not right there, watching over you. Hold her chain and necklace she gave you, close. Write, write write. Get it out. Don't you dare bottle it up and let it hurt you, you've gotten so far from it all. Blessings always,

Chrissy...I'm so sorry honey. This is so very sad, and genuine, and poignant, I miss your mom too..I am impressed with your ability to talk about it, and give yourself some kind of closure. I send all the warm hugs I have to you, and I will hold you in my prayers..
