Hmm...I can give you some advice for the moment
Go out with some friends, be totally crazy, and forget yourself. Just for a minute. I don't mean do something you might totally regret later, but do something you know you love with someone you know you trust and who you can have fun with. You know what I mean? Maybe not... But whatever. I hope you feel better soon, great poem.
