Just turned twenty one
Free as a bird
Going clubbing with all her buds
Girl fun, tonight at a price
First night in a club
Dressed to the hilt
Friday night
Painted toes
Innocence
Having a blast
Dancing the night away
Minding her own business
The devil wears Armani
On the prowl
Eye contact
Hypnotizing
Touchdown
Mesmerised
Pearly white's glistening
Your hot, buy you a drink?
She swoons, loving all the attention
A trip to the bathroom
Leaves her drink unattended
Drugged
Ecstacy
Kidnapped
A horrible mistake
The wolf in sheep's clothing.
Author notes
A version of this happened to myself at a town festival. I had taken my 14 yr old daughter and one of her friends. It was a nightmare. I also have altered several things. But it is a true story. And no, I wasn't partying with the young girls, that's what I meant by altered. The state police were called, but nothing came out of it except my damaged mental state forever.

First off i am very sorry for that tramatiac thing happening to you and i hope things in time will heal.
as for the poem; well it is extreamly straight forward and i wouldn't really call it a poem; more like a recording of what happened. like a story really; but without metaphore.
either way i want to thank you for entering; im sorry i couldn't give any suggestions

Powerfully disturbing and truly a warning for all. I hope that all women will heed your warning and avoid such situations.

Oh I'm So Sorry
I'm glad you are semi OK. Yes trauma like this is emotionally damaging forever. Excellent write though I must say I loved the ending The wolf in sheep's clothing, for you just never know sometimes!!.
The title is brilliant Ecstacy At A Price and a huge one at that. The flow was perfect. Thank you for sharing your gift to write your experience in poetic form. Wishing you many blessings
