My first breath taken on this spinning ball:
naked.
My first experience with the sinner's fall:
naked.
My first repentance in the worship hall:
naked.
Truth is clothed in a word so small:
naked.

Yes This I Believe
In all reality before God we are transparently naked. Just a fact. For God see's all of who we are. Thank you for sharing your talents with me.

OH wow! I love the rhyme in this, and the sort of beat rhythm that the work 'naked' has when its put in after a line! This is a very beautiful piece, and it seems to show the passing of time in a religious persons life. I am not religious, but i can appreciate well-written poems about it.
birth
falling
rebirth
discovery of truth
Interesting order of that, by the way....it begs so many mroe questions! You're an excellent poet, and here's soe applause for you!
