weed monologue

my colourful sunset
flickers in the amber glow.
the atmoshpere of lit candles,
and we were tripping
over them because we
felt so light.
the zoots passed around
like love and we
took it all in purely
because we were out
on love.
i loved your eyes
back then they glowed
and told me stories
we had whenever to
say whatever. i wasn't
going to let go.
bob marley was telling me
'don't worry, be happy'
and we giggled like
little girls.
we would try for
the time being of
late nights under
the stars and parties
that never seemed
to end. we would
inhale the thickness
and eat our
hearts out and
spin until we dropped.
we'd enter the night
dark and cold and
everyone would say
we were crazy when
we came back with
frozen skin and we'd
enter back into
our multi coloured blanket,
our own little world that
merged colours and
childish giggles.
i'd cherish these
days forever. i'd
be star girl.

i think the power of this remains most of the way through, i love the subject matter and think that the imgery you chose to use really encomposses the emotions that should be felt in these situations. bravooooooo

i have no idea why i moved to past tense.
      and really thank you.
i don't like this at all.
most of it sprung from imagination.
      but thanks. :]]
