Who you are, you disgust me!
Time and time again I try
to look past all your flaws
and horrible habits. But
I can't seem to get past
who you are.
Look at you in the mirror, your
tattered reflection looking back
at you. You disgust me.
Fights in your head bring
fights to our lives and you
don't even care.
We sleep in the same bed but
somehow we sleep apart. And you
still disgust me. Why can't I make
you happy and be all you want.
You see this poem here is not
about you. It's about me
and I disgust me!

Hmmm, I like the way you turn this around, very interesting. I know how it is to be disgusted by myself and in a way when we always see flaws in ourselves we always do in others too, as nobody can make you happy when you dislike yourself that much. Then of course there's the meaning of being with yourself as you don't make yourself happy...
