Dangling by the breath you inhale
Exhale, softly touching skin
Cashmere love flows through the sheets
Every breath, breathe in deep
Feel your heart beat
In and out of time
Memorize the warmth
Flushed cheeks, tangled feet
Wrapped up in veins
Every pulse our hearts meet
Beating, in and out of time
Feel your breath sweeping my neck
Melting through my skin
Into my stomach
Fireflies light up freely
Cool midnight breeze
Stars will never shine as brightly
Nor twinkle so rapidly
As our hearts do tonight
In and out of time
Just you and me
Together so uniquely
Love wisps around us
Surrounding, consuming the air we breathe
Stopping our heart beats at the right speed
Every moment our hearts meet
Breathing gently, in and out of time.
