I watch you walk by me
Without so much as a second glance
You gave up on me
Wouldn't give me another chance
I don't know what I did
For you to abuse me so
And I have no choice
But to sit in your shadow
As you walk by me
Without so much as a second glance
Author notes
The poor baritone was all alone and being stared at. I actually did have a flute that I gave up on.

An intriguing write. Thank you for your author notes, they help to the understanding. I enjoyed the read.

I played the french horn, guitar, and piano. Now I'm lazy just listen to music...not really.
