You drug me
With the beautiful
Words you spew.
Snatched back by
Reality
Just in time
For I almost jumped
Into your arms and
The euphoric screams
I would have made as
I fell from the world
Into your spell filled
With the language of gods
Untold of from ancient times.
But then I feel the grip you kept
Over my thoughts and even the physical
Attraction that is ever present in the
Unwaining attentions of my affection.
I have forgotten to tie myself like the
Heroic Oddysseus and I plunge into enchantment
I mean nothing to you
Just an anonymous meal for your hunger to rule.
You damn siren.

Thank you for entering
The euphoric screams
I would have made as
I fell from the world
Love these lines
Wow, this is great! I love the element of myth you presented in this... Well done
