In a room of simplistic tending
White linen, walls and light
He lay supine holding power
He chose the page with zeal
Would it thunder or rain of love
A journey yet to be born into
The power of all five senses
Charging forth from black lines
Musing in his heart and head
Crisp paper aroma fills the air
The world ceases right here
All that exists is his shangri-la

i like that he enjoyed the ability to choose as much as the choice itself. not many people realize the joy in power, not necessarily the ability to command so much as the pleasure in the change. to be able to change things is incredibly important. bravo.
