The one who made my path

From the first time light hit my eyes
The first time he wondered into my vision
He made a plan
A plan to twist, bend and manipulate me
Slowly making a maze of my mind
Intel all hope as been given to him
He wants everything
He doesn’t give
Taking everything within his reach
Using me for as a tool
Never letting me live this life
Even though it isn’t worth living
As long as I am put into the front lines
As he watches from far
Slowly making me lower than the ground
He rubs his heel into my face
Standing tall as if he was better than me
Manipulating me to doing things
He doesn’t “feel” like doing
Every time I take a step up
In this twisted world, He takes it right under me.
I am what he wants me to be
I am his puppet
I do as he wills, with out question
I believe this will make this better
I think I am on his good side
Intel I step out of line once
Then everything I have ever done
Disappear, just like I will
Back under the ground where I can’t breathe
This man is the worst
However I will never give up on him
Because he is my father.

This was very tough to read, because to think of someone being treated like that, and made to feel in such a manner, is both horrifying, and soul wrenching for that person that you think of -

"He rubs his heel into my face
Standing tall as if he was better than me"

that part in particular was so well described, very visually active - and that ending, with it being the father, was a twist that I didn't expect, I was imagining a boyfriend!

Very, very well written thanks for sharing it with us
