Circle of Light

Wonder of wonders,
thunderous might,
lift us to bliss
in the Circle of Light.

Blessed good lady,
quiet you wait,
take us in closely
to Circle in Light.

Ever-bless't Mother,
thank you this morn,
wake us so gently
in Circle of Light.

Author notes

I thought of this while finishing a game of backgammon online and drinking my cooling black coffee, while the dryer spun, while the radio played its news of mens and women's voices on WBBM for the cats so they wouldn't feel so lonely in the grey cool basement of our little wooded house.

Well this is certainly beautiful and positive.
I like uplifting and spiritual poetry.
    Half full, half empty,
    its all ones perspective.
In this world it is so easy to be negative,
but good people will see the good light inside you.
You'll never walk alone when you think with your heart.
This is also a wonderful title.
    A talent on to itself.
This piece definitely makes me proud to have your comments on my work.
I will treasure your input knowing what a fine writer you are. Hold your head high and stay in the Circle Of Light.

    MANY MANY BLESSINGS,
    LOWELL POE

Your kind words do give me too much honor, but I thank you nonetheless, Lowell Poe
