Sylph, Goddess Of The Wind...

Missing image

The trees rustle their
limbs and leaves, as she
dances freely among them

Blades of grass bow, as
she glides above them
and blows them kisses

She gives comfort in the
treacherous heat, by cooling
all who can't find shade

Carries kites, for the
youngsters amuzement and
even has a knack for sailing

Mighty at times and subtle
at other times, she can be
a gentle breeze or a hurricane...

Woah... this was absolutely fantastic. I like that you used the picture... it gave the poem a lot of realism and your poem gave the picture a personality. Well done you were able to make each art compliment each other. Thank you so much for this entry... I truly enjoyed it. Good luck.
