Sleep crashes into me
like waves into a wall
eylids quickly closing
my head begins to fall
For once no thoughts of love
or complications fill my mind
for once my whole knows peace
for once Sleep God is kind
Wistfully i float
through a sea of dark
the shore of thought unwelcome
"Sleep come to me. Come Hark!"
A journey i do take
on a current flowing swift
waterfalls of dreams
and streams of nightmares shift
The God of Sleep i worship
merciless but great
his judgment rains down on me
and alas it holds no hate.

My favorite stanza of this piece of work, but most of all I love the imagery you captured!
