I've got the weight of the world
Pushing down on me
The pressure keep growing
Caving in on my shoulders
What is there to do
But take it
Pretend that it's not there
Not crushing me under its bulk
Until I suffocate and
Wheezing
Take in my final breath
Cry out to heaven
"I never asked for this fate"
Praying that my salvation
Reaches me in time
But no one can save me
With the weight of the world
On my shoulders
When I put it there
