Is it not obvious that the man before you is not a criminal mastermind or danger to society, but a young man seeking help from his country with a mental disorder he alone cannot control? Is it not clear to you that, by sending this child to a prison, you are not only allowing further corruption and depression to take over his mind, you are also condemning his mother to 5 years of suffering;; worrying about the welfare of her son?
My suggestion is that you allow Christopher Fernandez to attend a mental health centre that provides the support he requires, preferably close to his loving mothr.
Why create another criminal out of a misunderstood soul?

Thank you for your wonderful words of kindness and support...No matter your age you are very wise...I know that England offers more to help with mental illnes than the States do...I paid for him to go to a program when he was too young 30 days cost me over $10,000.00 not counting food and clothing...
We need to fix this problem here now...
