The weights going on, I can't get it off,
Am fatter and bigger than I used to be,
Something the Titanic would of said before she hit the burger,
The big, fat, lardy, dripping, tasting delicious burger.
But it turned out to be a whopping big Ice Cream.
Am fat and it wont go away,
A shoe horn I now use to squeeze into jeans,
Then a train, a bus or a taxi fare,
Not so much do I walk anymore,
And long it has been since the Gym was hit.
Freedom, give me freedom, to be as I am or was or will be,
Let the rolls of girth go forth as far as the belt wil go,
Another year another stone, another week another pound,
What goes up in this case don't come down so fast.
Splash, displace the water big boy and have a diet coke instead.
