We're off to see our creator
the wonderful creator of all
Though the journey entails obstacles
learning lessons from each fall
I'll meet people along the way
that touch my heart so true
Like family and friends so dear,
my partner and children too
Each one will leave a bit of love
imprinted in my soul
And in return, giving back to them
will be part of my role.
Together we'll walk, with strength and hope
keeping faith inside our heart
Knowing someone's watching over us
Right from the very start
I'll give all I can while on this trip
as much as this heart loves
The reason I'll keep searching is
'Because of the wonderful things he does'

Thanks so much for the 'SILVER'. It was a really great contest to enter. I have always loved the movie and only now, as an adult do I understand that all of the characters that Dorothy meets along the yellow brick road are actual people in her life. Very symbolic of our own lives. Take care, Cathy
