I don't want to write a poem about you
a repeating history of infatuations past
I don't think it'd help to write a song about you
because I know the relationship wont last
I don't want to think about kissing you
false hope is not at all what I need
I don't want to imagine me wildly all over you
so that the tingles take over with greed
I don't want to fantasize us in love
confusion forms when my mind takes control
I don't want to convince myself I'm in love
so my heart beets fast on a roll
I don't want your arms around me
just to leave me in a worse state than before
I don't want to feel you touch me
to replenish a sense I adore
I don't want to write a poem about you
it's best thoughts of you I rid
I don't need to put into words how I feel about you
Oh damn look what I did

I enjoyed your style, and the way the words seemed to flow. The absence of punctuation was a very good idea as well. I understand what you have gone through. As would most people. Sorry about the short comment, I got side tracked and lost my train of thought. Good job though.
