SO...There I Was, Trapped inside the Belly of a Belching Volcano, with a can of peas, a Portable Joyce, and a Passive-Aggressive Monkey We'll call Maude
The peas were snow peas, and this contradicted grandly with
the volcanic ash that was
lightly raining on us
Maude glanced at me and started to chatter
I offered her the snow peas
She reached for them
and then let them fall down into the gurgling throat of that
vivacious volcano
It swallowed all of the pea-y goodness
I glared at maude
she gave me a pair
of furry browed puppy eyes
I tossed them over my shoulder quite disgusted
and slightly enamoured at her ability to
magically conjure these things
It was quite fascinating
but never useful
since she always conjured
Individual body parts
We sat on a spicy alcove
awaiting the return of that
grandma of ours
We'd been waiting for exactly ten weeks next tuesday
I hope she didn't die
she's 81 today
Happy Birthday
Maude looked at me
I looked at Maude
she loked at me
I her
she's me
I'm her

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA...you're so funny....
I just loved this!
I like to review, so I'm back, and Lordy, Lordy, I think I laughed at this more, the second time!
I cannot wait to find out who this is!

Whoa, I can't believe it! You did it! LOL...That was fabulous. Maude is a funny little creature..I can totally see her eating the snow peas...

Usually I try and wait till after the contest to comment, but I needed the laughs...thanks!
Peace,

strangest tale
Strangest and most whimsical tale I've ever read..
imagination runs wild here, melded with nature, animal and a wit that flies magical ...funny and
fun to read ...although strange...
