i did mission work in panama and there where so many children starving and without parents. they lived...well i don't know where or with who! no child should live like that. there is also this island there that just gives away children like candy! i mean you go there, pick a kid and leave. no paper work or nothin! they don't even evaluate the person taking the kid! where is the law? the justice?
