shooting
star I wish
I may have glee
to ward off troubled
days and happiness to help
me through the troubled times
and some glue to put the pieces
back in place when things go wrong I cannot
face and simple joys to fill my heart and hope when
life seems to fall apart and wonderment to fill the air as things
approach I cannot bear and tiny petals to behold that fill my heart with
thoughts of gold and friends who love me just the same whether I'm laughing
or whether I'm lame and health abound to lead me through when I'm feeling oh so
blue and a positive attitude oh help me to not be oh so rude to people when
I'm feeling crude and may each day bring something true remember
to hold each day anew and how blessed I really am to have
you as a true friend and love and peace and happiness
to help me through my daily mess and give
me something to behold each day
so I don't feel so old and
babies cooing
oh star

I know, it's a crazy star, but really how many stars are perfectly shaped? I think it ate too many cookies or something, with little bulges here and there.
