I know
Know that you are there
There and not here
Here I am from you
You know all these things are true
True, its there but hard to see
See what you are doing to me
Me, one of many people in my mind
Mind you, I don't want to be left behind
Behind the mask disguising my fear
Fear that it is not you I hear
Hear the howling of the wind
Wind that is eroding me thin
Thin, gaunt, pale
Pale white of the sails
Sails of the ship that carries you away
Away from my feelings at bay
Bay; on the beach I sit tonight
Tonight with myself I fight
Author notes
This here pertains to several situations in my life, and to my mental day to day monolouge. The flow may be a little shaky but i hope you enjoy.

the images at the end were extraordinary, the sails, the bay, the end I found stronger than the beginning, it is hard I find to make things even all the way through, so don't think I'm being hard or nasty, the rhyme was fine.

I like this poem. Its very personal and conveys what you re thinking. I love how it is like a thought process. Its very sincere and honest.
