Climbing games

You climbed all the way to the top
You made my heart stop
You took a leap
Landed on your feet

Back up top you go
Leaping to and fro
The cat followed you up
You squealed like a duck

Down you came
That wasn't part of the game
Darn that cat
for scaring you like that

Author notes

This is about my One in a half year old. She like to climb the couch and jump down onto the cushions. Scary!! I swear they have no fear.

the cat and the baby go back and forth, it is actually the funniest thing you will ever see with an animal child bond. I love it. Thank you so much for your comment

Thank you for the comment. I read it to my youngest with the oldest reading over my shoulder. The oldest thought it was funny. She really did enjoy it. I think my youngest is to young to understand, but hey, she sat still for a minute while I read!!! That is priceless itself!!!
