Failing to Succeed

Failure is the cornerstone
on which success is built.
It's life's greatest teacher,
not some source of guilt.

Failure just a negative term
"things didn't work out right".
The experience of trying
that provides real insight.

Successes teach us nothing
when they are struggle free.
It's trials and tribulations,
that strengthens integrity.

This life is one long journey,
not some final destination.
The experience of living
is the ultimate education.

There's only one way to fail,
that's choosing not to try.
Then we have no fear at all
as we watch life pass us by.

"Did'nt" in the second stanza, should be "Didn't"

This reminds me of my guidance counselors speeches back in middle school ~ that no one use to listen to. But, I find this much more inspirational and better written

Very nice. I love what you are saying in these lines
