I used to think that love was how much pleasure you could get out of it. Pleasure can not run a relationship. I know that people can make love and it can be a sweet thing but i think i have found something that is so powerful. A guy who doesnt make me do things i don't want to do or rushes into things. He takes it slow and respects my decisions. He is a guy who will walk to my house which is half an hour away just to see me everyday. I haven't even known him that long but it feels as if i have known him forever. At first i was skeptical because the guy i was with the last time just wanted me for his pleasure. He helps me cook although he doesnt have to. He respects that sometimes i just want to lay with him and hold hands. He makes me want to get up in the morning and dread going to sleep with him not there. Love should be put into the open and not hid under fears or pleasure. Love is where you would jump right in front of them so they wouldn't get the bullet. When somebody is putting them down you stick up for them. Love is where you can trust the person you are with, with anything. I hope and pray nothing goes wrong because i think i have finally found my soulmate,the other half to my heart,my knight in shining armor,my love of my life.

you are very lucky to have found someone this young..mostly all guys are about one thing at your age..it took me till i was 29 to marry mine..now it is almost 14 years later..and we are still going strong..i don't know how i could go on without him..he is my everything..and it seems like you feel the same way...you have expressed your feelings very well..very good write..thanx so much for sharing and best of luck in the contest..
