    Hmm, not your best, but still showcases your talent. I'm impressed.

    I like the contrast between the "lone wolf" and "closer to her". Great imagery.

    One thing I didn't really like was the way you split your lines and used your punctuation. Kinda makes the poem choppy and stops the flow.

    But, 4 more points for Team Ballader!

    I like it. Perhaps not your best, true, but a very sweet piece. (And that's a huge comment coming from an anti-romantic! ) Good work, nicely put in so few words. Good luck in the contest!
