Journey to the Centre.

There is a fence, this fence will not move.

I cannot jump over this fence, so I will look for another way.
No entrance, no escape.

So i walk along this bordered path, and thoughts run.
Will I escape, or will I enter?

If I end up on that other side, what will be in store for me?
If I find the door that blocks my way, where in the world will I find the key?

I pondered this, out aloud I said,
"Get me out, and into my head!"

And so at that moment, nothing changed,
But I knew at that moment, that I had time.

I took a long walk, walked down the line.
I came to a wall, and I read the sign -

"No more work, only play,
Find yourself and live the day."

I knew this was true, but what could I do?

I sat on the grass and I stared at the view.

This long strange line, this wicked fence.
Towered above me, and kept me from life.

It grew and it grew, and I knew what to do.

I would use all my strength, and all of my mind.
I knew that in time, I would have to get through.

With such a great force, this fence seemed to shrink.
And i stood above it, and started to think.

"No longer am I trapped,
No longer am I locked!"

I looked straight ahead, took my sweet loving time.
Over the fence i stepped, and away I walked.

    The beginning is perfect. I loved it. The whole poem itself is nice, and I enjoyed the read.
