Personality: uhm... depends on mood...
Background/History: He returned from the future in the hopes of meeting his father before he died, but was too late, instead receiving his fathers powers and blade. With the help of a time elemental his father returned from the dead, allowing Mingan to meet his father for the first time in his life, seeing as he was born after the death took place. His father soon left to return to his home plane leaving his kingdom in Mingan's hands.
