We didn't know how,
But somehow always knew.
I said I want you here,
To hold me through the night,
You said you'd be there,
To scare away my fright.
I want you to be the one,
So just take my hand.
Feels to right to be wrong,
With you I can withstand.
I feel how much I'm wanted,
And you are all I see.
I hope to give what's needed,
Cause you give everything to me.
I said I want you too,
And let your light shine in.
My heart is open to you,
So let this life begin.
We both wanted more,
And could no longer pretend.
All the pain we've had to endure,
Was worth it in the end.
I feel so many feelings,
Each one oh so new.
I see your eyes are dancing,
I know mine are too.
Unsure when we began,
But now I know it's true,
You're my superman,
I give myself to you.
