His return!

What if I see angels in clouds?
what if I see evil abound?
I listen for trumpets... seven exact.
It could be this year it could be the next
The sixth is a sin, the seventh is Him!

Just look to the sky,
our Christ will return,
it is no lie.
Out of the clouds,
a white horse he will ride,
a sword from his mouth and evil will die.

His presence will reach from shore to shore.
then Christ will rule forever more!

    Actually I did both and I liked it both ways, yes I do believe that the entrants have gotten it. I see nothing to change. So have no fear this has a lot of merit. Thank you for entering.

    Thank you for sending me this way, I love this and it to tells the story of revelations! You done this much better than I in less words, haha the other poem you commented on and sent me here on has like 7 more verse, but shortened it for that contest, this is wonderful and it just rolled , the words flowed nicely, you are quit a well rounded writer in may aspects, childrens, romanace , spiritual, I am impressed for sure!

    Certainly.
    I am waiting,
    sometimes it seems He is taking way too long
    to get here, but doesn't matter, He will come,
    get here.And I think that angels not being capitalize is fine hence the fact that all glory goes to Him, The Almighty God. Anyways, I enjoyed this one a lot, and good , great work. I liked it.

    Kudos!!! I too listen for the shofar. It's creeping toward the end. Very well-written - lots of imagery.
    This is an uplifting piece and very spiritual, good work.

    Something I believe also... and it scares the hell out of me that I'm not being a good enough person to avoid his wrath!! Not following the path I've committed to... sigh... but that's a whole other story lol.
