When I close my eyes he's there.
When I fall asleep he is there.
It makes me wonder if he cares.
I love him but does he love me?
Could it ever be?
I guess there's only one way to know,
I must get my courage and go.
Ask him and then I'll finally see.
If he truly loves me!

Might do a quick spell check, like "and than I'll finally see.", as "then" is probably more grammatically correct.
Other than that, love the poem. A bit of a cliche' subject, I'd say, but none-the-less that doesn't stop it from being the art it is.
