I sit here with tears
sliding down my cheeks
one after the other
in a heartbreaking trance
and no one to wipe them away
I sit here in my home
that is taken from me
quiet and alone
wondering what to do next
I sit here in my thoughts
remembering warmth and love
from every corner
I sit here in hopeful tomorrows
and new beginnings
I sit here
I just sit here
sliding down my cheeks
one after the other
in a heartbreaking trance
and no one to wipe them away
I sit here in my home
that is taken from me
quiet and alone
wondering what to do next
I sit here in my thoughts
remembering warmth and love
from every corner
I sit here in hopeful tomorrows
and new beginnings
I sit here
I just sit here

a warm touch of sadness engraved into your words. moving can be hard, but change leaves room for expansion and growing in ways of life. embrace it if u can.

Wow! Very touching...this tugs at my heart. I so hear your pain. And yet I love the hope in these lines:
"I sit here in hopeful tomorrows
and new beginnings"
It is hard to have to lose your house like that...whatever the reason. I wish you well in finding another house in which to put your home...for your home is wherever you are.

I am so sorry
I do hope you find another house soon but I do know what you mean about having to leave your home . I hope you find another soon and find your new home a place of peace

Reality and truth
are the hands that move time and you have with your brave heart looked into the eye of life's hurricane... and yet, the strength you derive will give you the energy and wisdom to again climb this and another mountain...
Love, Peace, Joy, Blessings, Wisdom,
To You and yours...
May your journeys be filled with light!!

Sighhh...I was right here, where you are, about 3 years ago. Don't give up hope. Something good is just around the corner, Poet...even if you can't see it at the moment. Life has a way of workin' things out. You'll see.

Heartfelt ...
and touching. I can relate to this sad poem. A house becomes part of who you are, not only a roof above your head, or four walls and windows, doors. I shall pray for a miracle to happen, for in my own life some wondrous accommodation opportunities happened at the very last minute!
Please look forward to see what God will do for you! I am sad that I am so far, but: HE is omnipresent and will guide you. Often when we are at wit's end, our creativity is tested and also our endurance.
May you have peace, and may wonderful solutions come your way, Precious One.
Sending much love your way.

Please NEVER despair. I sense the goodness of your spirit, which is long after The Light knew who you are. Life is part of an all out universal war in which the good spirits are persistently under attack of the dark. You have the most powerful weapon in the army of Light: the kindness of your heart. Unlike in the ranks of the dark, the spirits of The Light care for each other. Stay strong and take care,
Chris

My dear, first let me say that this is poetically beautiful and touching. But I know the highest has a mighty plan for you. There is love not only where you live, but for you in every corner where you stand. I will pray for you, and I know that you will be surrounded by angels of light, who will place and guide you to a home where love will be bountiful.
