I really don't like to drink milk mommy
Cant I get hot chocolate instead?
I hate it when kids at school make fun of me
Can you ask them not to do so mommy?
I'd like to have long hair
Can you tie them up for me mommy?
I will be a good child
I'll not demand for anything.
I want to sleep in your arms
Can you tell God to send you back
just for tonight mommy?
Author notes
I don't know what would I've grown up to if it was not for my mom. Even today I need her for every important decisions of my life. I cant imagine my life without her!

hello,
it would have to be THE SAME poem that has won the trophy

Sweetly said, most beautiful, truly. Ah, we are so blessed by our lovely mothers. Thank you for this fine poem.

You spoke such simple phrases, showing
the open honesty and love between a mother
and a child. And then you showed that
these were wishfull thinkings, for the mother
was gone. This is really sad.
