again with
hops on my upper lip
the milschk mustaschk (slurred endless rhythmic nonsense,
nothing quite comes out the way it sounds
relayed between my two static-filled radios)
i believed sara whose nose
always tries to shake my hand was
in our room, spying my
can of beer not so cleverly
poured into an apple juice bottle.
(and we got in trouble,
because my friends and i
always get into some trouble,
and i cried into a broken
dixie cup telephone,
and wondered when the end would come
spilled tears into weak diner coffee
held your hand and felt a dim pulse)

you are a genius!!!! wow

-
really like this.

I like the detail of beer hidden in an apple juice bottle, and the way the dixie cup telephone is "broken." Because a dixie cup phone is be definition imaginary, so for it to be "broken" has an interesting implication.

childlike but still I love how you managed to capture the mood in this poem . I likes it! ^^

the first stanza is super dreamsway and
second, while being in () is quite childlike? in ways.
maybe it's the dixie cup part.
don't i know you from somewhere..
