Early rays warm my senses
as I stretch my paws
and search my lady,
there she lays among her covers,
somehow she screams as I jump on.
Then I proceed for my stroll in the garden
she has painstakingly maintained for me.
I smell the flowers,
even tasted a few of them, not that good.
Warm sun and walk at dawn,
frees you so much,
but I hear screams again
from my landlady,
"Not the flowerbed again!"
I sigh,
I must have littered under the wrong flower again.
Tomorrow I will get it right.
I really do not understand
all this fuss about new cat owners,
I love my lady and can not do without her.
