The clouds lay dark as the angels’ tears fall,
Dancing gently to heaven’s call.
A beautiful woman lay in the hospitals bed,
“I’ll love you forever”, the last words she said.
Against all humanity’s pain and mortality,
There she smiled, ever to happily.
Her child born laying in her chest,
Gently nudging in the warmth of her breast.
Tears rolled down her smiling face,
In the hold of her husbands embrace.
For a minute of her life she held her love,
When lord sent her to become his angel above.
