They've been gone
Over seas for years
In a foreign place
At war
They risk their lives
For who?
All of us, this wonderful country
Why do people hate upon the military?
Maybe because
They are to weak to do what the soldiers do
These brave men and women
Risk their lives everyday
They've sworn
"To serve and protect"
What do they get in return?
The love in my heart
But others don't give them anything
For reasons unknown
Support our troops
For God sake support this country
They'll be back soon

it drives me insane when people say they hate the military-they dont hate the military they hate the war
but they forget that there are men and woman dying over there that need our love and support
