Many choices, yet one life,
begins with every day.
Sidetracked by hurt,
riddled with strife
as my dreams drift away.
A pace so fast and furious,
fragments are revealed.
Frightened by answers
and yet curious,
what has life concealed?
Perhaps I have seen it all,
my hopes yearn for more.
For when I stumble
and as I fall,
I've nothing to explore.
Life holds so much more!

Uplifting inspiration, very beautiful. I also adore the background - reminds me of a book a read once, which your poem also reflects nicely

Thanks for entering,

this is a very good poem that you have written. I have missed your writing. I like this stanza:
Perhaps I have seen it all,
my hopes yearn for more.
For when I stumble
and as I fall,
I've nothing to explore.
and the last line I really love it.
good luck in the contest.
