the candles are lit the air is right
in with the new out with the old
finding space peace unfolds

brightly mixed colored dancing streamers
appearing from within the darkness
whispered invitations not breaking silence
in a land where motion is magic
nothing is everything

suddenly removed from this world of wonder
where wonder is the world
brightness so great greatness so vast
hint of lavender fragrance filling the air
rose petals covering the ground

cinnamon and carousels and cotton candy
peppermint and cashews and milk chocolate
gingerbread houses and cows in a field
New England mountains in full autumn color
